Proposed Residential Development at Land at New Road, North Nibley
We are writing to invite you to a Public Consultation event we are holding at North Nibley Village Hall for a residential development proposal for 16 dwellings on behalf of Piper Homes.
The aim of this event is to inform neighbouring village residents, local interest groups and councillors of the proposed layout. We will also be seeking your views in order to refine the proposals before a planning application is submitted. The event will be held on Tuesday 29th October 2019 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, and we invite you to drop in at any point during this period to provide any feedback you may have.
We have endeavoured to contact as many residents as possible who live near the site, so please feel free to extend the invitation to your neighbours if they are not aware and want to attend. Copies of the plans and questionnaire will be made available on the day.
