North Nibley Village Hall is a flexible, welcoming space perfectly suited for a wide variety of events.
From small meetings to large gatherings, fitness and hobby classes, parties, celebrations, dances, sales, and exhibitions, the hall offers the ideal setting.
Available to hire daily from 8:30am until midnight, the hall is fully licensed for music and dancing.
Please note that If you wish to sell alcohol at your event, you will need to apply for a Temporary Events Notice - see Terms and Conditions for more information.
The Main Hall
The Main Hall features a polished wood block floor, making it ideal for exercise, dance, and other physical activities. A high-level rail provides a convenient way to hang decorations or display artwork, while a large retractable screen at one end makes the hall suitable for presentations and film showings. For added convenience, there is a serving hatch directly connecting to the kitchen.
Our new dimmable lighting allows you to set the perfect atmosphere for any occasion.
The Main Hall is licensed for up to 80 people seated or 100 standing.
Dimensions: 13.1m x 6.0m, with a ceiling height of 2.5m.
The Meeting Room
The carpeted Meeting Room is a comfortable and flexible space, ideal for small groups and business-style gatherings. It can accommodate up to 16 people in a boardroom layout or 24 in a theatre-style arrangement.
Facilities include a retractable screen (1.7m x 1.6m), WiFi, picture rail, dry wipe board, overhead projector, and free-standing easel. A convenient kitchenette area is also available for serving refreshments.
Room dimensions: 6.0m x 4.7m, with a ceiling height of 2.3m.
The Kitchen
Our bright, modern kitchen makes catering for your event easy and enjoyable. Whether you’re planning simple teas and coffees or a full meal for up to 80 guests, you’ll find everything you need.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner range and hotplate, two ovens, microwave, urn, coffee machine, kettle, and double sinks.
A convenient serving hatch opens directly into the Main Hall, helping food and refreshments flow smoothly during your event.

Other Facilities
The light and airy foyer (4.9m x 3.0m) provides a welcoming entrance and can also be used as an additional space for your event. Off the foyer, you’ll find modern toilets, including accessible facilities for disabled visitors. A separate cloakroom and child-friendly toilet are located just off the Main Hall.
Access & Parking
Although the hall does not have its own car park, there is plenty of street parking nearby, along with one designated disabled parking space at the front. The building is designed with accessibility in mind, offering level access to the Main Hall and a wide ramp leading directly to the foyer doors.
